Position Summary In order to achieve objectives that contribute to the growth of the team, this job is responsible for monitoring and supervising the group of Projects buyers .in order to make deliver the parts in the best conditions. You will ensure that procedures and standards are continually improved. Based on the anticipated volume and accompanying workload, you will make sure that the right resources are distributed throughout your Team. You will be in charge of training your team members and fostering a sense of teamwork. In parallel to act as first escalation point you will absorb the extra workload and depending to the capacity you could lead critical project as buyer. Main Responsibilities Functional Team Lead of Technicians and Certifying Workshop Technicians Able to lead a team minimum 6 people Assigns, assists, and verifies upon completion. Ensure compliance to standard Jet Basel procedures, practices and practices to achieve our JBSL quality standards requirements Responsible for the quality of their products. Minimum Requirements Meets requirements for Workshop Technician (Level III) or Certified Workshop Technician (based on business needs) Good knowledge of aircraft structure and maintenance documentations Ability to read and understand technical drawings for implementation and/or improvement PC literate with MS packages, experience in using SAP ERP or equivalent Good level of English (B2 preferred). Must be able to read and understand maintenance tasks in English manuals. English (mandatory); French or German would be an advantage.
