Vous définissez les stratégies d'achat en adéquation avec les objectifs et la politique d'achats et veillez à leur bonne mise en application. Vous gérez de manière active et continue le portefeuille des fournisseurs en visant l'optimisation et négociez les conditions commerciales offertes avec les fournisseurs agréés. Vous conduisez des entretiens périodiques d'évaluation, assurez le suivi des objectifs et des mesures correctives et réalisez les benchmarks et la veille commerciale et technologique nécessaires à garantir le bon choix du partenaire. Enfin, vous effectuez des analyses sur la performance de la fonction achats ainsi que sur la collaboration avec les clients internes que vous rapportez dans une scorecard. Vos atouts Titulaire d'un CFC commercial ou technique, vous êtes au bénéfice du brevet ou du diplôme fédéral de spécialiste achat/approvisionnement ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. Votre expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans un poste similaire vous a permis de développer des connaissances métier spécifiques ainsi qu'une forte orientation client, une grande capacité de négociation, une bonne vision globale ainsi qu'une réelle pensée systémique. Doté d'un grand sens de la planification et de l'organisation personnelle, vous êtes proactif dans la recherche, l'exploitation et le partage d'informations. Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les outils MS Office et vos connaissances de SAP représentent un atout. Enfin, vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez de connaissances avancées en allemand.
