Over 8,000 people from more than 60 countries work at the site.The PositionAs Senior Consultant Manufacturing, you will work in the Manufacturing, Quality Control and Plant Maintenance team of the Enterprise Solutions and Services organization in Diagnostics IT and run the Manufacturing SAP applications in the regions EMEA, Americas and APAC, and SAP rollout programs in the respective area.You will work in a team with internal and external consultants in close cooperation with global business and regional production sites.The main activities of your daily work will include, but are not limited to:Create and design solutions, procedures and business processes in the area of that meet business, customer and technological requirements at a local & global level in the area of SAP ManufacturingEvaluate alternative informatics technologies where required and research industry best practices and emerging trends.Develop and manage the respective business critical knowledge within the said area of Manufacturing. Rollout Manufacturing solutions in projects to our Roche sites EMEA, Americas and APAC.Work together with the global team of Pharma and DiagnosticsThis position can be based in Indianapolis, US in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland or in Mannheim, Germany.Who you areYou’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You report to the Stream Lead Plan to Deliver Product and will be part of Aspire.You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Technical Operations, Business Process Management and IT. Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:Acts as a link between Technical Operations Finance, Technical Operations, IT and Business Process Management and the project Aspire work streams in Finance, Technical Operations and Procurement to reach alignment within and across the divisionsTranslates detailed business requirements to IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work in order to meet business needsDefines and implements global template solutions including solution documentation & implementation, test management, business process operations including integrated training for the area of Supply Chain Finance. Knowledge of Technical Development, Biotech and Pharmaceutical Business and processes is a plusYou have demonstrated ability of leading major global transformational projects with proven track-record of cross-functional and cross divisional implementationYou also bring the following skills and competencies: Strong track-record in Project Management, project documentation and quality managementBusiness Process Management skills, experience in end-to-end process standardizationKnowledge of Biotech, Pharmaceutical drug product and contract manufacturing processes and their integration with Finance and systems is necessary: SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, MES systems.Experience with driving SAP Supply Chain Finance process transformation.Innovative mind-set and experience with agile, proto-typing and rapid development modelsExcellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision-making Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
