We are transforming the way we do business and how we work together for patients and customers.MissionAs Digital Transformation Catalyst (DTC), you will work across Pharma International (PI) to catalyze our Digital Transformation that will deliver better outcomes to more patients, faster. The DTC will help create our digital future, bring innovative ideas, transform the organizational mindset, and enable scaling of solutions.The DTC will act as a “Catalyst”, helping people find each other and learn from what has been experimented with elsewhere, demonstrating the power of storytelling. The role addresses both the systemic requirements for change as well as the day to day implications for leaders, supporting teams and individuals on their respective digital transformation journeys. The Digital Transformation Catalyst (DTC) builds trust-based relationships primarily with senior leaders and their enabling teams to deepen their understanding of the required mindset, skillset and toolset to enable and accelerate the shift in digital across Pharma International. In addition, the DTC will develop and nurture networks of experts, transformation leaders and change agents across the Roche network, systematically building new digital capabilities in themselves and others to help unlock the full potential of all Roche people towards achieving our North Star. Specific activities may include:Mentoring on digital transformation to the Central Transformation Office or functional level transformation leaders and coachesIdentify digital opportunities by scanning and sensing of the system for emerging themes, areas of challenge or opportunitiesKey connector to bring in the appropriate technical leadership and experience at the right timeCoaching the organization to conduct digital experimentation and share learning across groupsChallenges project opportunities in order to identify the highest value digital opportunities for the organization Establish a customer-centric experience vision, and explore and refine feature priorities from early vision stages to working prototypes.Develop a fast-paced product development culture to create, test, release, and measure products.The ideal candidateWe're looking for an experienced leader with proven experience in developing purpose driven, outcomes based business strategies. An inspiring, approachable leader, with the following experience/qualities:15 years minimum experience in related roles (Digital strategy, business partnerships, large scale project management)Provide thought leadership in the design of new digital processes and interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsProgressive product management or product development experienceExperience with digital marketing campaigns, CRM, SEO, etc.Infectious passion and tenacity to own and enhance partnerships – including at the executive levelDemonstrates executive presence, strong business acumen, navigates ambiguity, manages complexity.Experienced leader with strong orchestration and influencing skills to build credibility with peers, partners, and vendors (at all levels of the organization) to drive actionAbility to bring people together to work towards the same purpose across organization boundaries.Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity and has strong passion to bring value-adding to the business.Takes 'progressive risk'—not thrill-seeking, but risk that leads to opportunity.Motivated by achievement in the face of tough obstaclesEntrepreneurial mindset.Design thinking approach, bringing empathy, creativity, insights from data, and logical reasoning to solve complex problemsExperience in executing product roadmaps from conception through launchPrevious experience in Digital Transformation of an organisationLocation is flexible within Pharma International area (excluding the US).
