Start : ASAP Duration : Permanent KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analytics & insights Design and maintain the client KPI monitoring dashboards. Educate and evangelize HQ and local teams on the analytic tools’ adoption and the KPI definition. Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from HQ or local teams. Take on new analytic projects (lead scoring with predictive models, attribution, statistical analysis through surveys…). Prepare reports for executive leadership to support strategic thinking process. Proactively find new data points and spot opportunities to engage in new analysis to feed into our client centric transformation strategy. Systems Own the client data systems (mainly SAP, Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform and Looker). Master the data flows and the data definitions. Collaborate with group and external data resources. Identify opportunities for process improvements or system modifications and provide updates to the business where relevant. Troubleshoot database issues. Follow-up on IT tickets, fix coding errors, constantly work towards improving the sanity of the database. Create appropriate documentation to allow external stakeholders to replicate or take on additional work. YOUR PROFILE: Degree in an analytical field or business with an analytical component. 3 or more years of working experience as a data analyst, preferably in an agency or consulting environment. SQL, R or Python scripting experience is a must Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform and Looker experience are a plus. Data engineering skills are a plus. Presentation skills - you know how to put your findings into comprehensive presentations and communicate your findings across all hierarchies. Fluent in English is mandatory.
