Your key responsibilities will be:Daily correspondence with suppliers such as hotels regarding sales status, relocated/booked-out/canceled groups, and allotment reductions.Finalizing contracts and agreements in writing, following pre-existing procedures and instructions.Assisting in seeking alternative hotels for groups not originally reserved, finalizing ad-hoc agreements, and updating operational files.Dealing with book-outs received from contracted hotels, assessing if alternative hotels are suitable, and updating the hotel name in the system.Checking the feasibility for reservations of extra groups, finding hotels, finalizing and sending out ad-hoc contracts.Performing administrative and operational tasks both internally and with overseas offices.
