Your responsibilities will be to: Translate customer specific requirements into JE characteristics Handle design and process issues from a quality perspective, solving problems innovatively and proactively Prepare regular APQP & PPAP documentation Identify the Critical product characteristics for product performance and reliability along with their management via control of specific process characteristics Undertake the moderation; administration and training role within FMEA Undertake the design and process related cycle of learning while implementing plans and actions Define project quality requirements for product level, components, intercompany subsystems, and purchase parts Ensure project quality tasks in JE-PDS and its Milestones reviews Undertake process audits as required Undertake the monitoring and correct implementation of the Control Plan Ensure the safe launch plan at the JE manufacturing side Requirements: University degree of professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related Professional experience of ideally more than 3 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment – preferably automotive industry (product development specialization is preferred) Engineering background coupled with in-depth knowledge of electronic and mechanical device manufacturing processes and associated quality methodology Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ASPICE, 8D, MSA, Cpk study, gained through relevant working experience Knowledge of relevant standard and customer specific documentation.
