Your ‘day to day’ 1. Strategy • Support IT critical initiatives and alignment across IT platforms & functions • Identify interdependencies and seek for efficiencies • Act as trusted adviser to the business on technology solutions to address their needs 2. Support running the business of IT • Perform change and incident management on selected systems • Keep engaging with our local partners, global counterparts, local and regional peers • Run on-call up to max 1 week per month 3. Data • Translate analytics requirements into a reporting model using Story Telling skills • Support Business Users in automating their manual KPI collection process Who we’re looking for • University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees • 4-6 years work experience in senior technical position participating and/or leading transformational projects • Strong IT background understanding (System Administration, Database administration, DWH and ETL, cloud-hosting solutions AWS/Azure/Google, APIs) and ongoing curiosity about the newest technologies • Top-end strategic problem solving, and project delivery skills (Waterfall, hybrid, agile) • Strong analytics and numerical problem-solving capability • Ideally Manufacturing, QA, digital in FMCG or retail but also other consumer services sectors • Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way; and collaborator • Proficient in English and French are a must • PowerBI knowledge What we offer Our success depends on the all people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
