Job summary The Upstream Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for upstream unit operations such as seed expansion, bioreactor operations, cell culture harvest activities. The Upstream Manufacturing Technician will have a working knowledge of upstream processing equipment : incubators, biosafety cabinets, bioreactors, cell counters, blood gas analyzers, metabolite testing equipment. Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests)In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to 3 when necessaryManage Azure and O365Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom...)Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and softwareRecord all IT support activities and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk systemWork closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organizationAt least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role Strong knowledge of O365 and in administering AzureProficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, including printers and videoconferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams and Zoomknowledge of system security, including intrusion detection systems, and data backup/recoveryCustomer-focused approach, capable of delivering high-quality support to users with varying technical abilitiesStrong communication skills with fluency in French and very good level of English
