Your primary focus will be on industrial plants, with a preference for experience in serving Life Science customers Specific Responsibilities Develop Energy and Sustainability programs and lead the deployment of the sales phase till the handover to operational execution in full coordination with the engineering, execution and portfolio teams Drive the growth of the Energy Efficiency Business in the Private Segment Implement innovative Digital Solutions based on Siemens IoT and AI Platforms to expand markets in Smart Energy Efficiency Solutions Prioritize customers according to their needs and the SI RSS portfolio, offering, and global reach Define and steer the different PM@Siemens Sales stages till inflection point of the program to be transferred to the engineering and execution phase, and later manage customer relationship base Master the ability to differentiate between a Global program and a multisite opportunistic approach Generate a quarterly report per account to verify if conditions have changed or remained the same for specific accounts, based on prior KPIs Provide support and training to Account Developers and Global Account Managers to promote Energy and Sustainability services Your Profile A minimum of 10+ years of experience in companies where you have perfected your competence in Energy efficiency, optimization on the demand and supply side forBuilding Management and Industrial facilities, with at least a5-year Sales track record in Energy Performance Contracting Business Extensive technical expertise in HVAC systems, Energy Management Solutions, Power Monitoring, Building Automation Systems and Controls, Lighting & lighting control systems, building envelope, electrical equipment, etc Capable to identify the business case with a comprehensive scope on the demand/supply side & grid edge to maximize findings Strong understanding of thermal cooling for energy savings and systems optimization is also required Excellent leadership abilities to lead virtual teams in multi-country projects and develop client accounts Effective communication skills at both the C-level and field level are essential Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with Key Clients Sound operational understanding to meet Top and Bottom-Line Targets Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages considered an advantage Relevant certifications in the Energy space are advantageous If you meet these qualifications and are ready to make a significant impact in the field of Energy and Sustainability, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future Employee benefits 2-3 days per week of mobile working is standard mobility allowance Varied further training opportunities Access to employee share programs Further information about employee benefits can be found here What it's like working for us We place significant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible working culture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
