This role will support the Global Senior Strategic Partnership Brand Manager in delivering key partnerships managing the end to end and coordinating with key markets, finance, supply chain, ecommerce, product development, etc.Key tasks:Support to lead large extended cross-functional team (internal and external), overseeing the full end to end of partnership projectsSupport Senior manager in end to end of other partnerships including full toolkit development, channel strategy, and path to purchase Oversee business case and KPI setting with on-going tracking and continuous business case refinementManage full partner relationship from idea to launch including: initial concept development, negotiations, concept workshop, product workshop, and full creative and executional development for each partner and each coffeeDevelop and guide regular market engagement and onboard new markets through bi-weekly working sessions and regular cross-functional meetings with key stakeholdersOverall business impact of Strategic Partnerships: adding incremental sales, driving new member acquisitionManage Stakeholders to develop a strong partnership all around the journeyUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications5-7 years of experience in marketing and/or product management, ideally 3 years in a global settingExperience working on brand partnerships and collaborations is a plusPrevious experience working for a luxury brand and/or brands with a direct business modelProven people management and leadership skills, incl. leading multicultural teamsProven track record in managing complex, matrix organizationsAbility to effectively manage senior stakeholders, both internal and externalStrong financial acumen and ability to support business case developmentStrong analytical and creative mindset and eye for design/luxuryAbility to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and continuous change
